The Teacher Training that Heart of Releasing does came from Lester Levenson, who spent a lot of time with us. Virginia was the other teacher. It was very very deep in that Lester would point to things we needed to let go. He would find a way to show us in a gentle and kind way.

Heart of Releasing’s Teacher Training begins with the Coach Training because you need to learn that first. It’s 4-6 months long and very intensive. It’s mostly live meetings but we record them so you can catch up if you miss a meeting.

We’ll be looking inward and Releasing what’s in the way of you being the very best coach or teacher that you can be. This training is a very advanced course for Releasing. You can take it even if you don’t want to become a coach or a teacher. You’ll be looking inward to let go of ego and to move up into who you really are.

It’s profoundly positive for your life. I asked one of our coaches and she said it changes lives and it’s changed hers. It has changed many lives and is a profound vehicle for transformation.
